• No loyalty points will be awarded on membership
• Package redemption cannot be combined with any other offer
• Package currency cannot be redeemed on product purchases
• Package cannot be redeemed for our Signature therapies, Jacuzzi or Herbal Bath packages
• 2x hours will be deducted for Four Hands therapy

Benefits for our Family Membership Plan:
• Family membership entitles any of your family member to avail any therapy or treatment with us
• Borrow a book completely free of cost, from our Book Reading Section and return it in the next session
• Avail a complementary 60-minute therapy (massages / scrubs / wraps / facial) on your birthday and a complementary room decoration for couple therapy on your anniversary
• If you introduce a new member to us, we greet you a complementary 60-minute therapy on your next visit
• Book an appointment for next day as early as 8:30 am, subject to the slot being booked a day in advance
• Avail our sumptuous healthy snack / salad, if a member redeems a 3-hour therapy in a single day for a single person
• Gold and Platinum Members are entitled to one Hammam Bath therapy complementary in each quarter
